New Program for Aspiring Humorists.

CCS and The Onion will join forces to offer Blooming Onion, a year-long course of study for emerging humorists in the fall of 2014. The Onion’s Vice President Creative Development Scott Dikkers and CCS Director James Sturm made the announcement at the University of Wisconsin, Madison where they first met as young cartoonists in the 1980s. “Scott and I go way back.
